The front shows Our Lady giving the Rosary to St. Dominic and St. Catherine of Siena. The back shows St. Thomas with the angels. Pewter 3/4" medal. No chain. 

 

This medal, though a beautiful design, DOES tarnish. A coat of clear nail polish is advised.
